PADI Open Water Diver Course

Overview

The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world's most popular scuba certification and your ticket to dive anywhere, independently. In just 4 days, you'll go from beginner to certified diver, with theory, skill sessions, and 4 open water dives.

Description

The PADI Open Water Diver course is where every diver's journey begins. Over 4 days in the crystal-clear waters of Dahab, you'll build the skills, knowledge, and confidence to explore the underwater world on your own terms. From your very first breath underwater to your final open water dive, this course is designed to take you from complete beginner to a certified, independent diver recognized worldwide. You'll start with the knowledge development phase, working through 5 chapters covering dive theory, equipment, safety procedures, underwater navigation, and environmental awareness. The theory is practical and directly tied to what you'll experience in the water, so every concept clicks the moment you apply it. From there, you move into confined water sessions in a pool or shallow, calm environment. You'll practice the core skills: setting up your equipment, clearing your mask, recovering your regulator, controlling your buoyancy, and moving comfortably underwater. These sessions are designed to build muscle memory and real confidence before you ever reach open water. The final phase is 4 open water dives in Dahab's stunning reef environments. You'll demonstrate your skills, explore the underwater world, and complete your certification requirements. By the time you surface from your last dive, you'll be a certified PADI Open Water Diver, ready to dive to 18 meters anywhere in the world. With a maximum of 6 students per course, every session is personal. Your instructor gives you the attention and time you need to progress at your own pace, without pressure.
