About us

Reef 2000 is a PADI 5-Star IDC Dive Centre, located directly on the sandy beach of Safir Dahab Resort. We've been operating in Dahab for almost three decades, built on a simple belief: diving should be safe, joyful, and for everyone curious and passionate about the underwater world. So what actually makes us different? As proud as we are of both, it's not the gold star or the gear — it's the people. Guests consistently tell us they appreciate how genuinely cared for they feel — whether it's a ten-year-old kid, a nervous beginner, a rusty diver, or an experienced pro. Over the years, we've worked with quite a few nervous or rattled divers — people who had a bad experience elsewhere and weren't sure they'd ever enjoy diving again. Watching them fall back in love with being underwater gives us more joy than we can properly describe — and it's exactly why we do this. Everyone learns differently, and there's no one-size-fits-all way to teach diving. We adapt to you, not the other way around — matching your pace and learning style. Our guests' safety, comfort, and confidence come first. We simply strive to share our passion for diving across our wonderfully diverse world.
